SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICY

- Every order is very important. The best practices are followed when it comes to shipping.

- Order realisation time depends on several factors. However, every order is processed as fast as possible, so that it reaches out to you at the earliest. 

- Incase of Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer- Account details will be shared once the order is confirmed. This might affect order processing time, as the same will depend on the time taken for the funds to reflect the account.

- Once the order is received, the product is inspected and packed as per industry standards. As being the first to break the 24 hour barrier for a music store, all efforts are made so that your product catches the very next flight to your destination. However this does depend on a lot of factors.

- There are two shipping options available : Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

- Standard Shipping orders are processed within a window of 48 hours, upper limit.

- Express Shipping orders are processed within a window of 24 hours, upper limit.

- In many cases, express orders placed before 4:00 PM / 16:00 Hours MAY be processed the same day.

- Once the order is shipped, Tracking ID will be sent to all possible Point of Contact(s) provided by the customer. 

- Express Shipping orders do guarantee an Express Processing as well as Express Booking with the delivery service. Even after all the right efforts, SOMETIMES this still does not guarantee a timed delivery. As once booked, the item is in possession of the delivery service beyond which it is beyond control and due to unforeseen, the delivery might be affected.
