RETURNS

- All the products listed on RIG MY GIG are NON-RETURNABLE.

- Every product listed on this website contains enough description like pictures, demo links, weight, dimensions, drawings etc. which will help consumer to understand the product well. 

- For products falling in the same size category but a different type, NO EXCHANGE will be provided once the order is processed, dispatched or delivered.

- However, if you wish to change your order to a different order, please contact the below mentioned at the earliest. If the order is not processed..

     1. Full refund will be provided for the particular order.

     2. A new order will have to be placed. 

- Every product is packed properly as per industry standards. 

- Incase of failure of delivery due to wrong or missing address, locked door, standard re-delivery attempts will be made by the shipping company. Number of re-delivery attempts vary from company to company and are subject to change. This will be beyond the control of Rig My Gig.

- For COD - Cash on Delivery - orders, please make sure you are available to collect your Order at the designated Shipping Address. Applicable for all 7 days of the week expect National Holidays.

- If the product reaches back to Rig My Gig after re-delivery attempts. The cost of re-shipping will be borne by the consumer and will have to cleared to the account first. Only then the product will be shipped again.

- Incase of defective product, refund and shipping will be the responsibility of Rig My Gig.

- A refund or return will only be executed if the product is damaged. Chances are very rare. Every product is checked personally. Kindly report the issue to Rig My Gig within 48 hours from the time of delivery which includes all kinds of non-business days as well.

- Incase you are eligible for a refund, Kindly retain original packaging, boxes, stickers, price tags, cloth bags, tools, accessories ( all what may apply / as was delivered ). Once received, the product will be checked +all what may apply and you will be contacted at the earliest.
